AGED SIRLOIN OF BEEF, LOCAL TOMATOES, BLACK OLIVE & COOLEA 

Sirloin of Irish beef served on local leaves with tomatoes, oregano, black olive & shaved Coolea cheese. Rosemary saute potatoes on the side.
