our homemade hot smoked salmon flaked with flat leaf parsley and floury potatoes in a crispy fishcake. Served with local asparagus and a light lemon mayonnaise.

 

ROAST LAMB, WILD GARLIC, BUTTERMILK & PEAS

Roast Irish lamb rump, with peas, new season wild garlic, potato fondants and a rich lamb sauce. 

 

BRIOCHE CARAMEL TART, BLOOD ORANGE, SOUR CREAM CUSTARD

A rich and sticky treacle tart made with brioche and blood orange and served with sour cream custard and fresh orange.
