A Hara classic – crispy fried bites of rich choux pastry flavoured with Durrus – a washed rind

cheese from Co Cork. Served with apple syrup. 

WHITE ONION SOUP, CHIVE & TRUFFLE

A creamy white onion soup finished with black truffle cream and chives

 

PORTAVOGIE PRAWN COCKTAIL

Poached Portavogie prawns in a Marie Rose sauce with a baby gem salad.

 

TURKEY EN CROUTE, MADEIRA SAUCE, CRANBERRY

Breast of turkey, wrapped in cured ham, sausage & onion stuffing, herb pancakes and butter puff pastry. Finished with a a generous serving of Madeira gravy.
