A crispy butter puff pastry filled with carmelised onion and Durrus cheese. Served with a salad of bitter leaves and winter herbs.

 

HALIBUT, PARSLEY CRUST, ROAST CARROTS, BUTTERMILK SAUCE

Roast fillet of Atlantic halibut with a parsley crust and local carrots. Served with buttermilk sauce and crushed new potatoes.

 

SPICED GINGER CAKE, CARAMEL MOUSSE, POACHED PEAR, CANDIED WALNUT
