Crispy confit duck leg, glazed with apple sugar and mustard. Served with smoked and poached pear and bitter leaves.

 

HALIBUT, PARSLEY CRUST,ROAST CARROTS, BUTTERMILK SAUCE

Roast fillet of Atlantic Halibut with a parsley crust and local carrots. Served with buttermilk sauce and olive oil mash

 

PRALINE & GINGER CHOUX BUN, GINGERBREAD CUSTARD

Individual choux buns filled with praline cream and stem ginger, and served with a gingerbread custard.
