Pumpkin & sunflower seed  wheaten, handmade butter

 

ROAST CHICKEN & ALMOND SOUP

A rich cream of roast Irish chicken soup garnished with toasted almonds.

 

LOCAL BEETROOT, ST TOLA GOATS CHEESE, BLOOD ORANGE & WALNUT

A salad of salt baked local beets with goats cheese mousse rolled in walnut crumb, blood orange and herbs. 

 

FILLET STEAK & PORTAVOGIE PRAWNS, GARLIC AND HERB BUTTER, BEEF FAT CHIPS

Aged fillet of Irish beef with Portavogie prawns in a garlic & herb butter. Served with beef fat chips, shallot & watercress salad and beef sauce. 

 

WHITE CHOCOLATE, RHUBARB & ROSE

A set white chocolate cream topped with a rhubarb and rose jelly. Served with new season forced rhubarb and white chocolate crumble.
