Home-cured hot smoked sea trout fillet with a celeriac remoulade & baby potato salad.

 

VENISON, ONION, CHAMP

A venison shank slow cooked with red wine, cinnamon & a touch of brown sugar. Served  with a roast stuffed onion, buttered champ and kale.

 

APPLE & ALMOND TART, CARAMEL

A crispy puff pastry tart filled with almond frangipani and thinly sliced apples. Served with a caramel cream and butterscotch sauce.
